Ce Photography

You can choose one of the packages (ideal for full day coverage of 7 to 8 hours, additional hours can be added) or just create your own with the ala carte options listed below the packages for as little as 300.00 per hour with two or more hours booked ($350.00 for one hour elopement).  Any ala carte or package option includes options for more of a photojournalistic approach, artistic approach, classic approach or a mix of all three or two.

 

If you would like to add light video clips to an otherwise still image video montage from your wedding day, this can be added for 500.00.  It includes light video shot from some of the key events, but our focus for the day is on photography.  This is ideal for those who prefer photography but would like a bit of video.

 

SPECIAL: Add a photobooth/backdrop to your reception to any wedding package below for 400.00 for two hours, 550.00 for three hours!  Usually 250.00 an hour as an add on to 5 hours or more of wedding coverage or 350.00 an hour ala carte.  Includes some fun props such as masks, feather boa's, hats, wigs etc...(hats and wigs purchased new for your event and not resused).

The Simple Bride package (you can add any options below as well as ala carte options, but this is the basic package most brides choose if they want full day coverage and the files but want to take care of their own albums and prints)

         $ 1900

- 7 hours of coverage with Ce and an assistant up to the reception time (add a second full professional photographer for $400.00, who can shoot the guys getting ready as well as cover the rest of the event as well, usually 75.00 an hour to add on but discounted  with the package for the full day.)  See description of assistant below package detials.

- up to 2 locations (additional is 50.00 per added locations.).

- high resolution images printable up to 13 by 19 inches at 300 dpi. on a thumb drive (about 50 to 100 per hour...usually 100 or so) all edited.  Heavy editing is extra per image and depends on how much is needed. Heavy editing is charged by the hour/situation and can include removal of blemishes, artsy touch ups and such.  All images include color and black n white (sepia is an option as well), but you can specify if you do not want black and white or sepia. Vintage/Special effects can be added for an additional fee of $50.00 for up to 100 images or $100.00 for up to 250.

- Video Montage with music of the wedding day photo highlights (you can pic up to 100 images or I can pick them). You can substitute this option for one more location if needed/wanted OR one 11 by 14 Tile print OR canvas print from a photo of your choice.

The Happy Bride package (you can add any options below as well as ala carte options, but this is the most popular package most brides choose if they want full day coverage with a few extras)

         $ 2050 or $ 2225 with an engagement session

- up to 2 locations (additional is 50.00 per added locations.).

- Hard Cover Image Wraped Coffee Table Proof Book with all images added.  There are usually give or take 1000 images for this coverage but depends on what is going on the day of event.  13 by 19 inches or 8 by 10 (8 by 10 is just thicker/more pages with images a little smaller but easier to carry around).  Add additonal proof books for 100.00 each.  OR a canvas print 16 by 20.

- Option to add an engagement package at a discounted rate as part of the package of 175.00 for 1.5 hours at a location of choice in San Diego (If Lake Havasu or Boulder Colorado, would have to be a bridal session, engagment session, trash the dress session or after wedding session within the week of the wedding).  This includes either a coffee table book (usually used for guest signing at the reception but can be filled with more images without space for signing or you can have a Video Montage of the engagment pictures as well as adding some of your own for the wedding day you can show (up to 100 images, additional fees for more).  If you would like us to present the video montage as well the wedding day it is an extra charge of 100.00.

The Pampered Bride package - includes a High End Flush Mount album  (you can add any options below as well as ala carte options, but this is the best package with the most discounts for the brides who want a bit of everything and then some)

         $ 3050 or $ 2900 with out an engagement session

Hourly Rates and what it includes:

$300 an hour (two hour minimum.  $350.00 for one hour only) for the first 5 hours (No less than 50 edited High Res (printable to 13x19 inches) but usually 100 or more per hour.  Most photographers only offer low res images and charge extra for prints.  I give you the rights to your high resolution images.

$200 an hour for each additional hour past 5 hours with the same coverage as the 300.00 for the first 5 hours.

Both rates above include:

- Ce Helton as the photographer

- 1 assistant for lights and the little things.  Some shooting MIGHT be done by them, but not expected.  You will be suprised at how handy this assistant can be (recent wedding had him running back and forth with supplies and clothes for different people in the wedding). 

- all images edited and given at high resolution on a thumb drive (you can print them where you like, up to 13 by 19 inches @300 dpi. 100 images (no less than 50) or more taken and edited per hour usually).  Most photographers charge additionaly  for the high res images.

- pre-wedding consultation

- online image viewing to share with friends and family and options for them to purchase. See

- Up to 2 locations at 4 hours with one photographer, 3 locations with two photographers. Up to 3 locations at 6 hours with one photographer,

4 locations with two photographers. Each additional location $50.  

Additional charges for Heavy editing on images for example 20 photos with heavy edits (artistic, removal of acne or wrinkles etc...) would be $160.00 ($100.00 for 10). These prices only apply if I shot your wedding.  More if I did not.

Wedding Add Ons:

Add a second full photographer for $75 an hour with a three hour minimum, $60 an hour if 6 hrs or more.

Add an Engagement Session for $250 ($375 al a carte)

- Includes 1.5 hour shoot at location of your choice

- all images edited and given at high resolution on a thumb drive (you can print them where you like, up to 13 by 19 inches @                300 dpi. 100 images or more taken and edited per hour)

- Includes 20 page/40 side 8 by 10 coffee table book image wrapped.  This can be used for signing at the wedding reception or just made into a book for display. Or 18 by 24 gallery wrapped canvas print or 18 by 24 framed print for signing.

 

Add  the Coffee table flush mount 30 side/15 page 10 by 10 coffee table book , or one 20 by 30 inch gallery wrapped canvas print, or the 13 by 11 coffee table style proof book with all images taken (often over 1000 to over 1300 images) for $200. ($350 al a cart without wedding package purchased).

 

Add Photo Booth with fun props and backdrops (options for Hollywood style lighting as well).  250.00 an hour (2 hours or more... 300.00 for one hour only) when added to a wedding.  350.00 an hour al a carte.  Depending on how many guests use the booth 50 up to 100 images per hour.  If not many use it, less provided.

 

Add a High End 10x10 (other sizes available, ask) Leather Album

- Add this flush mount designed album with leather cover and option for image on front for $850.  Parent albums with the same design $375 each.

Add Tile Print images in a variety of sizes and options for triptych’s from $50 to $300.

​

Add a Video Montage with music of any photo shoot  for 150.00 (200.00 if outside the scope of a shoot I did).  350.00 for a Video Montage of images for your wedding day presented by us at the reception if I am also shooting your wedding.  If you would like to hire us to just create and present your montage the day of the wedding it is 450.00.

- up to 100 images (additional fees for more).
